Limitations of Authority

PHHPA does not: Act as a court or tribunal. Issue legally binding rulings. Replace statutory regulators. Provide regulated legal advice unless explicitly stated. PHHPA’s role is to represent, advocate, and support, not to adjudicate disputes.
