Leadership and Governance
PHHPA is governed by directors responsible for ensuring lawful, ethical, and proportionate operation of the association. Directors: Bradley Chapman

Limitations of Authority
PHHPA does not: Act as a court or tribunal. Issue legally binding rulings. Replace statutory regulators. Provide regulated legal advice unless explicitly stated. PHHPA’s role is to represent, advocate, and support, not to adjudicate disputes.
