Angus Council or Forfarshire is one of 32 council areas in Scotland. Angus Council is most known for fishing, agriculture, and tourism. Angus Council borders Aberdeenshire, Dundee City, and Perth including Kinross. Angus Council used to be called Forfarshire until it was renamed in 1928.
